It is a collection of rich, vibrant, illustrative patterns for high-end interiors and accessories. The aim of this collection is to highlight the importance of the small creatures in the ocean that are currently under threat. This theme is explored through exciting and playful use of colour and a touch of fantasy through mystical creatures. To create a sense of harmony within this juxtaposed pattern clash, I used layers of screen printing, foiling, as well as accents of flocking and embellishments. The result is a rich Maximalist design that moves away from the restrictive rules of minimalistic designs, sparking conversations as well as feelings of joy.
